About The Divia
A Maldivian company building hotels to own and run for the long term.
The Divia Private Limited is a Maldivian-owned hospitality development and operating company, established in 2024. We focus on hotel ownership, development and long-term operation in the Maldives.
The Divia was formed to extend Resort Life Travel's reach along the tourism value chain, from selling holidays to owning and running the places guests stay. We develop hospitality assets that are scalable, financially disciplined and built around how travellers now want to experience the Maldives.
Ulifushi – The Island of Shells, on HA. Uligan, is our flagship. Smaller island and urban accommodation projects are in preparation as part of our long-term pipeline.
We work as developer, owner and operator, so the decisions made during design and construction are made by the people who will run the hotel afterwards.

Keep what the land already has
Reuse existing buildings, retain mature vegetation and wetland, and fit rooftop solar where we can.
